Shop Updates 6/15/2020

For the last several months all three Keswick Cycle locations have been extremely busy
working to serve all our valued customers. We are proud to say we have done this the
best we can and have been able to keep our employees, customers and families safe.
While we are in the yellow phase we will continue to operate curbside in all of our
locations. We look forward to reopening our stores completely once Pennsylvania
transitions to the green phase. In the meantime, below is a list of important points to
consider when purchasing bikes and accessories at our stores.


- Due to the huge and unprecedented demand for bicycles and equipment this
season, we do not have many unsold bikes or popular accessories available in
our stores. At this time, our website provides the best browsing and shopping
experience.


- Unfortunately most of our bicycles are still in their boxes and need to be
assembled. We are prioritizing assembly service for customers who have already
purchased bikes
. Current wait time for bicycles to be assembled after purchase
can range from 3 to 5 days. We apologize for this inconvenience.


- We have new bicycles and accessories arriving weekly. If you are interested in
purchasing a new bike, we suggest calling the store most convenient to you first
to speak with an associate to see what's available

for the most up to date selection and availability. Note that most bicycles
under $1000 are in very short supply.


- Please give yourself plenty of time when visiting our stores. Due to the
unprecedented demand for new bikes and repair services there can be a longer
than usual wait at our stores.
We are sorry for this inconvenience but will do our
best to help you in as timely of a manner as possible.


- Unfortunately we have had to institute a daily repair bicycle intake quota to 12
bikes per day.
This is based on a first come first serve basis. Once we reach 12
bikes we do not take any additional bikes in for repair. We apologize for the
inconvenience. Once we open our stores fully this will change.


-Test rides are temporarily suspended for new-bike sales. We can help you in
advance on bike-purchasing questions by phone or email. If you're not happy
with your new bike, you can return or exchange it (in new condition) within 14
days of purchase/pickup
.


-Bicycle fits, bicycle rental services, classes, events, and group rides are
temporarily suspended at all our stores.
