Keswick Cycle Shop Updates

Online Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed Monday morning. If you need your items sooner, please call the shop to see if the item you need is available and we will do our best to accommodate. 

We are back to our regular business hours and have taken precautions to protect our staff and customers.  We installed plexiglass barriers on all the counters and register spaces including the service area in both stores.  All of this is custom work and taking more time to install than we originally expected.  We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delays. 

We thought it would be best to review our new procedures since the inside of the stores will now be open to customers.  We will be allowing 5 sales customers into the shop at a time and 2 service customers into the shop at a time.  This is for social distancing purposes and so each customer can be accompanied by one of our sales associates to help them shop for bicycles and accessories. 

We will still be limiting the amount of daily repair bikes to 12 bikes.  All repairs in Glenside will be directed to the rear entrance of the building located on Geneva Ave.  There will be mechanics available to discuss your repair with you immediately.  Mechanics will be able to perform on the spot repairs like flat tires, brakes and derailleur adjustment, just to name a few. Our customers who have purchased our service policy when they bought their bikes can expect the same expedited service they have always received.  We ask for your patience while we move into this next phase of dealing with repair bikes.  There will be hiccups along the way and thank you in advance for your patience.
We will still be offering curbside pick up if for purchases and to pick up repairs if you choose not to come into the shop.  
All customers will be expected to wear masks in the store. Customers will also be asked to use hand sanitizer that will be available at the front door of each shop. These both are strict non-negotiable policies. 

We will be asking customers to do their best to limit contact with items in the store. We will be allowing bicycle test rides once again, however the majority of our bikes are still in boxes so please understand just because our shops are open, it does not guarantee a test ride of a bicycle. We are sorry and are doing our best to build up stock of built bicycles.  Between shortages and demand this has been our number one challenge.  We will not be performing bicycle fits but will continue to size and adjust bicycles for customers to the best of our ability.  We will be offering bicycle fits as things continue to get better.  

Parents with small children, please do your best to keep your kids at home. We understand that this is not always possible so if you have to bring your kids to the shop, please do not let them run around the shop.  We normally welcome this but under the circumstances we need you to keep them close. 

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during these trying times.  Please note that these policies are fluid and will be subject to change if circumstances change.  We want to provide the safest shopping experience possible for our customers while continuing to provide a safe working environment for all of our staff.
